Speech Day
Yesturday we were released at 10.10am, this is because we were celebrating Yuying Secondary School 99th Anniversary cum Speech and Prize Giving Day( The name is super long!!!). I when home and sleep coz this first week of the term is really tired but still i have to work hard and strive for my goal!!! At 2.40pm then i wake up and bath and wear the formal then when back to school again. When i got into the bus, all the people look at me as they never seems a secondary students wearing formal!!! Worse still i saw one sec1 student from dunno which class one look at me with his mouth like want to drop le!!! When i reached school then go to the prefect room and take my blazer and i realised that it has lost a button. OMG i have to take the size 42 blazer which many people told me it was too big for me!!! Then we have to carry all the tables and chairs from the whole CANTEEN away and arrange it according to their plan. All of us like coming back to school super refreshing after bathing then now sweat again Grrrrrr. After that we went into the prefects room and cool down. We then wear our blazer and the contigent starts. Me, bee geok, jian xuan and sarah rushed to the parade square and served the guest with cool waters. They perform very well this year cause got one VIP told me that last year many people faint, this year not even one so very good!!! We then have to rush again and went into the meeting room with all the VIP AND GOH. All of them were like 50-60 yrs old le but thay still enjoy the chocolate cakes and puddings prepared for them, i think they really found back their childhood memory where they can enjoy all the sweets thing like what we do!!! Then the 4 of us can eat the leftover cakes like so poor thing but we stilll felt happy scoz the others cant even come in and enoy the 20mins of air cons and snacks ^.^!!! Super disappointed i have missed the whole concert for this year. Everyone have different disappointment inside the concer. People like harrison they all who missed the wu shu performent and me which i think am totally different from the others cause my sister Yiok Yin who performed inside the Chinese Dance i have missed her last speech day performent coz she is graduating this year. i then lost my mood le but still have to make out the happy face and serve the VIPs their dinner food. At last we then have to arrange the tables and chairs back again and then can go home. Me and Ricky have to wait for jian xuan to change clothes so we were the last few people who when home. On the way i still saw geraldine running around the prefects room area dunno doing what. From that day, i learned that not everybody deserve the positi0n of head prefect. I think geraldine really deserve it though many of us cannot see what she does for the board but from that moment when i saw geraldine whom might be the last prefect still working on something else.IF you really want to get an important position in the board, you WILL have to sacrifice something else. Oh ya!!! This blog is create also with the help of QIQI so Thank You!!! Also the holidays is about to over and everyone knows that this holidays is not like holidays!!! EVEN MORE BUSY THEN NORMAL DAYS......... But still, everbody 加油!!! Strive harder for the following terms when school reopens............ 12:30 AM
